Which service applies to your order is determined automatically by parcel weight and size at checkout.
Order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the whole of the UK, including the Channel Islands. Please note that delivery to non-mainland UK addresses (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands) may take up to 5 working days due to extended courier transit times.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it right to your door.
